Green politics webinars

The Green Institute (in Australia) is taking to the air in October, trialling a series of three webinars, using webex to enable you to see and hear the presenters, ask questions and comment via your computer. The webinars are open to APGN members, associates and friends.

Tuesday 18 October:  civi 101, an introduction to the Greens’ civiCRM data base, how it works and what it can do for you. Chris du Brow, Greens Web Editor.

Wednesday 19 October: Evidence-based campaigning. What evidence is there about what actually works in election campaigning as distinct from what we think works, and how can we best use it. Kathleen Maltzahn, former Greens councillor and election candidate, currently a member of the Victorian Campaigns, Elections and Communications Committee.

Thursday 20 October: Fundraising fundamentals. How to be a fab fundraiser and really enjoy it.  Susan Sussems, Greens Fundraiser.

Each webinar begins at 5.30 pm Australian eastern summer time and finishes no later than 7 pm. When you register, we’ll send information about how to participate and check that your computer will work in this forum. Numbers are limited so book now to secure your place….register here http://members.greeninstitute.org.au/civicrm/event/info?reset=1&id=33
