APGF Grant Applications Now Open!

We are pleased to advise that APGF, through the Australian Greens International Development Committee (AG-IDC), are currently inviting grant applications for the financial year July 1 2016 – June 30 2017.

We are looking for projects that aim to strengthen party structures, increase membership, improve campaigning ability or are focused on capacity building for key election or campaigning activities.

Project applicants must be Asia Pacific Greens Federation (APGF) members or parties currently applying for membership. Project grants will not exceed AUD $10,000, and the APGF will recommend a maximum of three grants by a process agreed by the APGF Council.

Applicants are asked to submit a grant application concept report highlighting key project activities and team members who will be involved in the implementation of the project. Successful applicants will then be expected to work with the AG-IDC and APGF secretariat to further develop project plans and a monitoring and evaluation framework.

They will also be expected to fulfil reporting requirements on time as needed by the AG-IDC.

Deadline: Applications for this funding round close on 31st August 2016.

Process: Applications must be submitted to the APGF Secretary using the template provided. They will be reviewed and shortlisted by a panel selected by the APGF Council, then presented to the AG-IDC for their final decision.

The final decision on successful grant recipients for 2016/2017 financial year can be expected by the end of September 2016.
